We’ve used Tammy multiple times over the years for buying and selling, and have never been disappointed. She’s very honest, knowledgeable about the local area, and always available. We always recommend her to friends and family. We greatly value her input and she is always very strait forward. We originally listed the house “for sale by owner” in order to maximize profit. When the market took a turn, we decided to hand it over to Tammy, and we don’t regret it for a second. We came up with a game plan to maximize the value of the house, and executed that plan. We were not in a hurry to sell and wanted to list high at the beginning. We lowered the price twice and let the market bring us the best price. In the last week we were negotiating with three buyers. I think Tammy handled about 15 different back and forth offers in about four days. In the end, she got us the best deal! She even weeded out a bad faith offer from a very questionable buyer that sounded great at the beginning; that alone saved us a huge headache and lost time.She showed her dedication to her clients by putting in countless hours (many very late and even while out of town with her family) during the negotiations phase even though we all know it makes very little difference on her commission. She could have convinced us to take the first offer and move on, but this is exactly why you should chose Tammy for your next purchase or sale. Simply put … she honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy!
